1. Agreement to terms

By engaging Optireach Consulting for any service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Services

Optireach Consulting provides SEO services and website design for small businesses. The specific scope of work, deliverables, and timelines will be agreed upon in writing prior to commencement. Website delivery timelines of approximately 3 weeks are subject to timely client feedback and content approvals.

3. Payment

For website projects, full payment is required before work commences. For Monthly SEO services, payment is due at the start of each billing period. All prices are in USD unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation

Monthly SEO services may be cancelled at any time with written notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

5. Intellectual property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns all deliverables produced for them, including website design and copy. Optireach Consulting retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. SEO results disclaimer

Optireach Consulting does not guarantee specific search engine rankings or traffic levels. SEO results depend on factors outside our control, including algorithm changes, competitor activity, and market conditions. We commit to applying best-practice, ethical SEO techniques and providing transparent, honest reporting.

7. Limitation of liability

Optireach Consulting's liability shall not exceed the total fees paid in the three months prior to the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss of profit damages.
